Puree from Oz, replaces fresh fruits and incorporates their flavor into our cocktails. It has a thick texture and gives a velvety sensation to the cocktail. It is made from concentrated pulp from peach and then sugar and acid are added to create a balanced acidity and sweetness profile. It is ideal for making cocktails, smoothies, granitas, toppings, and confectionery and cooking products.
