Sigmadur 550 Marine Polyurethane Paint for Yachts and Boat Hulls - RAL Colors 20 L

Professional polyurethane topcoat with hardener from the global leader Sigma. This solvent-based paint requires ventilation of the area after application.

Important information:

Mixing instructions: Before use, mix the base well, then add the hardener at a volume ratio of 88:12 and stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

Pot life after mixing: At 20°C, the mixture must be used within 5 hours.

Application methods:

• Roller
• Brush
• Spraying

If necessary, add up to 5% polyurethane thinner for better application properties.

Recoat interval table:

• -5°C: 24 hours
• 0°C: 16 hours
• 10°C: 8 hours
• 20°C: 6 hours
• 30°C: 5 hours
• 40°C: 3 hours

Full curing at 20°C is achieved after 4 days.

Ideal for immediate protection on laminate (boats, yachts, canoes, etc.).

When painting metal surfaces, use Sigmacover 280 primer.

Technical Data:

• Touch dry: 1 hour
• Recoat time at 20°C: After 6 hours
