The Lumea fondant is easy to use, as it is a versatile fondant that does not crack during processing. It is easy to knead and has a pleasant vanilla flavor. It is ideal for making candy flowers.
Thanks to its special texture, it can be rolled out very thin, and the petals formed can be easily shaped and will look very realistic. Attention! To prevent the dough from sticking to the work surface, it is recommended to first coat the surface with almonds or fine sugar. To prevent the dough from drying out and cracking quickly, dip the surface in palm oil.
Instructions for use:
- Before use, knead a piece of dough as needed.
- After kneading, the dough becomes soft and elastic.
- Allow it to dry in special molds for 24 hours.
- After hardening, it can be tied into bouquets or individual flowers.
The flower fondant is not recommended for cake covering, as it hardens upon contact with air. It is recommended to use Lumea Fondant, which is specifically designed for decoration and cake covering.
The Lumea fondant has a major advantage, as the day after shaping the petals, it completely hardens and can be tied into bouquets without breaking or the wire coming out of the petal.
