Cleaning and care:

  • Allow the cast iron cookware to cool completely before rinsing with warm water.
  • You can use a small amount of soap. For stubborn stains, simmer some water for 3-5 minutes and then use a spatula after the pan has cooled.
  • Carefully dry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
  • Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of the cookware.

Maintenance:
