Gloves made from nylon/lycra fabric, coated with microporous nitrile, offering excellent breathability and very good grip in dry, wet, or oily environments.

Protection:

  • EN 388 (4131X): Protective gloves against mechanical risks.
  • EN 407 (X1XXXX): Protective gloves against thermal risks (heat and/or fire).

Resistance:

  • Abrasion resistance (0-4): Related to the number of cycles required to abrade the test glove.
  • Cut resistance (0-5): Related to the number of cycles needed to cut the sample at a constant speed.
  • Tear resistance (0-4): Minimum force required to tear the sample.
  • Puncture resistance (0-4): Amount of force needed to puncture the sample with a standard-sized point.

Thermal Protection:

  • A - Flame resistance (0-4): Related to the time the material continues to burn and melt after removal of the ignition source.
  • B - Contact heat resistance (0-4): Related to temperatures from 100°C to 500°C, during which the user will not feel pain for at least 15 seconds.
  • C - Convective heat resistance (0-4): Related to the time the sample can delay heat transfer.
  • D - Radiant heat resistance (0-4): Indicates the time required for the sample to reach a specific temperature.
  • E - Resistance to small splashes of molten metal (0-4): Indicates the amount of heat required for the sample to reach a certain temperature.
  • F - Resistance to large splashes of molten metal (0-4): Indicates the amount of heat needed to cause injury to a leather substitute placed directly under the sample.
