    It does NOT have a prewash, neither as an option nor integrated into a program, even though it has a compartment for prewash detergent and the manual states that it does. Also, it spins many times, strongly and for a long time in the middle of the wash before rinsing, even when I select "no spin." And the most ridiculous thing, the rinse-only option lasts ONE hour!! The worst purchase of my life, unfortunately wasted money and I can't get my work done. Customer service is a joke
