  • The best thing I have ever used on my boat from stock. We used it after hydroblasting and two out of the three total hands of the same company's epoxy antifouling antios to cover some small irregularities in the gelcoat left by the hydroblasting and some older damages to the hull. The application was done on the entire surface below the waterline and the conclusion is that the material is very easy to work with, spreads without much pressure covering small indentations, does not run despite being relatively thin even when filling over 5mm, sands relatively easily... but if you apply the stock correctly, you won't need sanding except in a few areas where you won't be able to completely spread the material with the spatula.

However, what I would recommend is not to make more than 80-100gr of material because it works much better when freshly made... not that it doesn't work afterwards, but it's not as fluid.

For 27 square meters of polyester hull, 1.5 kilos is enough to smooth out the entire surface from small indentations like small holes, scratches, etc.
