Sigmafast 205 colored epoxy paint for painting concrete and metal - RAL 1023 4L

Two-component, high solids epoxy resin paint.

Technical details:

• Tack-free time: 3 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 4 hours
• Solid content: 70%
• Recommended film thickness: 75-150 μm
• Coverage per liter: 9.3 m²/L
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full cure: 3 days

Concrete painting instructions:

Coating: The first coat is Sigmafast 205 paint with Solid Thinner 92.

Mixing ratios for 10m² coverage:

• BASE - 1 liter
• HARDENER - 0.330 liters
• Thinner - 0.4 liters

The actual coating: Only Sigmafast 205 paint is applied in the following coats. The base and hardener are mixed at a 3:1 ratio.

1 liter of base per 0.330 liters of hardener.

Note: Paint coverage depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the protective thickness.

One package is sufficient to paint up to 12m² of finished floor with a thickness of 200 microns.

To achieve the desired result, sprinkle decorative flakes on the freshly painted coat and wait 8 hours. Then protect the surface with the Sigmadur Clearcoat polyurethane resin.
