Sigmafast 205 is a two-component, high solids epoxy paint suitable for painting concrete and metals, available in RAL 5017.

Packaging: 4L (6kg) epoxy paint based on resin with hardener in RAL 5017.

Concrete painting instructions:

• First coat: Sigmafast 205 with Solid Thinner 92. Recommended ratios for preparing an area of approximately 10m²:
• BASE – 1 liter
• HARDENER – 0.330 liters
• Thinner – 0.4 liters
• Second coat: Only Sigmafast 205, with a ratio of 3:1 between base and hardener.
• 1 liter of base requires 0.330 liters of hardener.

Technical characteristics:

• Touch dry: 3 hours
• Application of second coat at 20°C: After 4 hours
• Solids content: 70%
• Recommended film thickness: 75-150 μm
• Coverage at 75 μm: 9.3 m²/L
• Gloss: Semi-gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full cure: 3 days
