Sigmafast 205 is a two-component epoxy paint suitable for painting concrete floors and metal, available in RAL 1028 shade.

Concrete painting instructions:

• Priming coat: The first layer is Sigmafast 205 with Solid Thinner 92.
• Ratios for primary paint: for an area of about 10m²:
  • BASE - 1 liter
  • HARDENER - 0.330 liters
  • Thinner - 0.4 liters
• The actual layer: Only Sigmafast 205 is applied in the subsequent layers. The base and the hardener are mixed in a 3:1 ratio.
• 1 liter base per 0.330 liter hardener

One package is sufficient to paint up to 12m² of prepared floor with a thickness of 200 microns. For best results, sprinkle decorative flakes on the fresh paint and wait 8 hours. Then, protect the surface with Sigmadur Clearcoat polyurethane resin.

• Tactile dryness: 3 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 4 hours
• Solids content: 70%
• Recommended paint thickness: 75-150 μm
• Coverage at 75 μm: 9.3 m²/L
