    The air conditioner is value for money. Its performance is very good and quiet with a beautiful appearance, and it is worth 100% of its price. In heating, it is quite fast, the only thing it lacks is wifi technology for remote control of the device

    I placed it in a corner living room together with a sitting area separated by a double sliding door.
    Both together are 40 square meters.
    In the living room, the temperature now in the summer reaches 35 degrees as the sun hits it in the morning from one side and in the afternoon from the other.
    I set it to 28 degrees and on low fan speed, and it's perfect.
    I have a thermometer in the room and it drops the temperature to 29-28 degrees.
    The power consumption in continuous operation is 600W.
    If you put it on turbo, it's 1000W.
    But it is quite silent on the low setting.

    Very good, silent and powerful. I have 2 rooms, one opposite the other with a hallway in between, and they both have almost the same cooling. It's worth the extra money and no matter what, it's Japanese, so there's no chance it's not guaranteed.

    It was installed by a specialized team in a living room of approximately 30m2. It replaced an old one. In 10 minutes, as another user mentioned, it reaches the desired temperature, it is quiet, efficient, and has a sturdy construction. It doesn't matter if it is no longer made in Japan, it remains one of the best companies in the air conditioning industry, and I write this because I have trusted Toyotomi for over 10 years! Last year, I bought the 12,000 BTU Izuru for another space, and this year I bought the Hiro. Both are wonderful, and to tell the truth, I didn't see any difference between them in terms of cooling, except for the remote control and the fact that the Hiro has a quieter outdoor unit, especially in sleep mode! Trust it if you find it for around €380-€400, don't go for a lower quality device for €80-€100 less. You will pay for it in electricity.

    Very good. Unfortunately, the whole house has very poor insulation, so we cannot operate it on the inverter for better economy. However, its operation is flawless, it definitely burns less. The remote control is simple with a lock, and I really like the digital display on the unit.

    very satisfied. I had it in my previous house as well. Now it is installed in the hallway and covers 3 bedrooms. It doesn't struggle and the indoor unit on the second floor doesn't make much noise. Hopefully, in the next generation, it will have wifi so you can turn it on via the internet before you go home.

Last year, I bought the 12,000 BTU Izuru for another space, and this year I bought the Hiro. Both are wonderful, and to tell the truth, I didn't see any difference between them in terms of cooling, except for the remote control and the fact that the Hiro has a quieter outdoor unit, especially in sleep mode! Trust it if you find it for around €380-€400, don't go for a lower quality device for €80-€100 less. You will pay for it in electricity.
