A single-component adhesive designed for bonding cylindrical parts, especially with narrow gap fits up to 0.25 mm. Ideal for fast curing on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel.

  • Ideal for shafts, gears, pulleys, and similar cylindrical parts
  • High strength on all metals, including passive substrates
  • Resistance to high temperatures
  • Fluoresces under UV light for quality control
  • KIWA GASTEC QA AR 214 certification for hydrogen gas systems

The operating temperature range is -55° C to 180° C. LOCTITE 638 meets specifications for mixtures up to 100% hydrogen gas in metallic threaded components.
