Sigmafast 20 Anti-Corrosive Rustic Paint 5L - RAL 9010

Professional, fast-drying, thick anti-corrosive paint, based on modified alkyd resin, with zinc phosphate pigment. Suitable for painting defective (rusty) steel surfaces.

For full protection of the painted surface, a minimum film thickness of 150 microns (2-3 coats) is required.

• Excellent adhesion even on rust
• High resistance to corrosion and water penetration
• Suitable for protecting welded joints
• Can be recoated with most alkyds, chlorinated elastomers, vinyls, epoxies, polyurethanes, and automotive paints

Technical data:

• Initial drying time: 15 minutes
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 45 minutes
• Solid content: 55%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
• Coverage at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
• Gloss: Matte
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

Surfaces must be sanded, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting for long-lasting protection.

The product painted according to the customer's order is non-returnable.

Use of ABE1P3 filter mask is recommended.
