Special paint product series, Sigmafast 20 is a 5L atmospheric anti-corrosive paint in RAL 6005 color. This professional paint is fast-drying and provides a thick protective layer, based on modified alkyd resin, colored with zinc phosphate.

Sigmafast 20 is suitable for painting imperfect (rusted) steel surfaces. A minimum layer thickness of 150 microns (2-3 coats) is required for full protection of the painted surface.

Technical data:

• Touch dry: 15 minutes
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 45 minutes
• Solid content: 55%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
• Coverage rate at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
• Gloss: Matt
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

For long-term protection, the surface should be rusted, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting.
