Parmesan grater with innovative storage case for safe storage of the material. The case attaches to the back of the grater and keeps the shavings inside without any loss. When mounted in front, it serves as a blade protection frame, minimizing injuries and wear of the blades.

The grater can operate either directly or by attaching to a bowl. It is extremely sharp and comes with the triangle quality guarantee. At its base, the grater stands on two slip-resistant silicone rollers and, thanks to its shape, can hook onto the edge of a bowl.

This grater, thanks to the shape of its blades, is ideal for grating Parmesan as well as other hard materials, producing a uniform powder. It is dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen, Germany.
