100% Arabica coffee beans from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, from the Fazenda Paraiso plantation owned by the Paula Veloso dos Santos family. The plantation spans 756 hectares and is located at an altitude of 1130 m above sea level.
The natural processing highlights sweet notes of hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate, with low acidity. The intensity is 5/10 and the roast is medium (omni). The beans are roasted at low temperatures and cooled with air. Each batch is tested for moisture content and pesticide residues.
The vacuum valve packaging maintains freshness. Suitable for espresso machine, French press, moka pot, and pour-over methods.
