They are extremely comfortable both for walking like regular shoes and for using the motorcycle controls. They do not slip when stepping down, neither on dry nor on wet surfaces (only at the beginning and only on certain sidewalk slabs). They have a sturdy sole with a zip plate insert, soft d3o ankle protectors, and built-in reinforcement in the heels and toes. The pattern they have as protection from gear shifts on the toe is very nice, as is the lace keeper for storing tied laces so they do not come undone and get close to the motorcycle. They are worth the money.
