Description & Specifications

PVC Packaging Tapes are used as a barrier between dessert mixtures and metal mold walls or templates, preventing stickiness and facilitating release. In the Decora collection, they are classified as accessories for stainless steel frames.

  • Length: 10 meters
  • Width/Height: 40 mm
  • Thickness: 100 micrometers
  • Material: Transparent food-grade material compliant with food contact specifications

Professional advantages:

  • Isolates the mixture from the mold walls, reducing the risk of sticking
  • Allows easier and cleaner release
  • Ideal for frozen cakes, semifreddo, cheesecake, and products requiring cooling before release
  • Flexible and adaptable, can be cut to the required size

Usage recommendations:

  • Measure the internal height of the mold and cut accordingly.
  • Insert the PVC film inside the metal ring, ensuring it is applied evenly around the perimeter.
  • Pour the mixture over this barrier, avoiding direct contact with the metal.
  • After cooling or freezing the product, remove the PVC film together with the dessert for perfect release without broken edges.
  • Do not use the PVC film in the oven or at high temperatures.
