Preparation and administration:
- Powder - the plant is finely ground with an electric coffee mill and then sifted through a fine sieve. Usually, a level teaspoon is taken 3 times a day on an empty stomach. The powder is held under the tongue for 10-15 minutes and then swallowed with water.
- Cold infusion - 2 teaspoons of sage leaf powder are placed in a cup (250 ml) of mineral or water and left to infuse for about 7 hours, then filtered. It is drunk 15 minutes before a meal.
