Characteristics of Liquid Glass:
- Mixing ratio: 1:1 (component A to B).
- Working time: about 15-20 minutes.
- Demolding time: usually 1-2 hours.
- Full curing: achieved after 3 days.
Box contents: Component A (150 ml), Component B (150 ml), a pair of gloves, mixing stick, measuring cup, instructions.
Preparation:
- Select a well-ventilated area.
- Use a horizontal surface covered with plastic.
- Wear gloves.
- Measuring and mixing: Mix Component B well before adding it to A. Mix in a 1:1 ratio.
- Stir slowly for about two minutes until homogenized.
- Casting: Clean the mold with alcohol. Pour the resin slowly into the molds.
- For objects thicker than 1 cm, pour in layers.
- Reaction process: The resin generates heat during curing. The thicker the layer, the more heat is produced.
- Curing and drying: Allow the resin to harden at room temperature. Thin layers (<1 cm) may remain flexible.
- Significant hardness in 24 hours, fully hardened in 3 days.
- Coloring (optional): Use 1-2 ml of pigment per 100 ml of resin.
- Tool cleaning: Clean tools immediately with alcohol and absorbent paper.
