Smaakt's tagliatelle with reduced carbohydrate content is made from Konjac plant flour. The Konjac plant is a starchy tuber that is very rich in dietary fiber and contains no fat, sugar, and consequently almost no calories.
Smaakt Less Carb Konjac Tagliatelle is made with a unique recipe combining gluten-free oat fibers with Konjac flour. Usually, Konjac products are bright white and have a very firm texture. With the addition of the fiber mix, the color is yellow, similar to pasta, and the texture is softer and tastier.
Preparation method: Drain the liquid, rinse well under running water and add to sauces, stir-fried dishes, soups, or warm salads. If you have swallowing difficulties, consumption of Konjac products is not recommended. Drink half a glass of water before meals.
