Preparation method: infuse in hot water. The recommended daily dose is 2.5g. It is recommended to infuse 4g of tea in 400ml of hot water (1g of tea per 100ml of hot water). Let it infuse for 1 minute. After draining the first infusion, a second infusion can be made using the same leaves, pouring hot water again and letting it infuse for another 1 minute. Store in a cool and dry place.
