  • Zero Nicotine Base: After adding the Nicotine Bases, fill up with Zero Nicotine Base until the bottle is full. If you do not wish the final liquid to contain nicotine, fill with Zero Nicotine Base until the bottle is full, without adding Nicotine Base.
