Exercising on a recumbent bike focuses more on the glutes and abdominals. It features an electronic console where you can read information about difficulty settings and distance.

I knew that the whole "magnetic" thing was bogus, but I said I'd try it because of the low price too, to see what the non-magnetic ones are like. As a build, I'd say it's fine, but as an experience, not so much. The fact that it's not magnetic makes pedaling harder, but at the same time more realistic. If magnetic ones are like riding a bike on a carpet laid over ground with a steady incline, this one is like a slightly bumpy road. In general, if you're thinking of relaxed cycling for 1 hour, get a magnetic one. If your knees are fine and you want to push yourself in your workout, this one is fine, but forget about 1 hour. You'll get tired much faster.
