The Ermenrich NetGeeks NP60 is an optical cable tracer that combines the functions of a cable tester, a cable length meter, and an optical multimeter.

In basic test mode, the device checks the condition of a cable line, quickly detecting any open or closed loop connection. If needed, QC testing of the cable head is possible. PoE testing measures voltage and detects the type of PSE. The Port Flash function facilitates quick identification of the exact port on the switch or router.

In optical power meter mode, it supports 6 wavelengths and can measure absolute and relative optical power. The adjustable reference level feature simplifies the measurement process. The VFL function allows fiber optic fault detection. In cable length meter mode, measurement up to 200 meters is possible.

The receiver can operate as a non-contact high voltage detector (NCV mode) and is equipped with a flashlight to illuminate dark areas. Both the transmitter and receiver are powered by rechargeable batteries.
