  • Grind angle: 135 degrees, helix angle 20-30 degrees.
  • Diameter tolerance: h8.
  • Diameter: From 2 mm with additional grinding on the seating surface and reduction of cross-section according to DIN 1412 C, for easier cutting and reduced cutting force.
  • Designed for: Drilling in unalloyed and low-alloy steels, heat-treated steels, and ideal for drilling in stainless steel with R950 N/mm, drilling in non-ferrous materials (aluminum, copper, and brass alloys), various composite materials (not suitable for powder metal parts or metal carbides).
  • The special 'Gold' treatment facilitates heat dissipation and chip slipping, resulting in higher cutting speeds and increased durability in demanding applications.
