The oak barrels used for The Macallan Colour Collection 12 Years Old are seasoned with sherry wine from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is an exceptional single malt with a light natural color: a golden oak hue, reminiscent of tasting notes of sweet oak, lemon, and vanilla.

- Palate: Syrupy cake with citrus cream, fruit, and a hint of nutmeg.
