The problem was not so much the product as the assembly instructions. Incomprehensible! The images were for a different size of furniture, in a word, unacceptable. If you don't have knowledge of furniture construction, you can't assemble it. In the end, I paid to have it assembled for me. As for quality, it's a cheap construction but personally that doesn't bother me as it does its job as a shoe rack and more, and aesthetically it is beautiful.
