Replacement Blades & Knives

Blades are made from strips of HSS steel with hardened tooth areas. Heat treatment creates longitudinal surfaces with varying hardness. The teeth, which have a hardness of 62-65 HRC, are followed by several zones with decreasing hardness. Due to this heat treatment method, the blades offer remarkable flexibility.
