The alternating pressure compressor adjusts the pressure according to the patient's weight. It must operate continuously while the patient is lying on the mattress. The compressor ensures the alternating inflation and deflation of the cells, preventing the occurrence of bedsores. The alternating inflation of the cells (balancing/line lines) from the compressor changes the pressure points, allowing blood flow to all tissues. The compressor connects to the mattress via two hoses. It is placed under the patient's bed or hung at the head of the bed using the mounts. It is very quiet, equipped with shock-absorbing pads.
The compressor is compatible with cell-type and cylinder-type mattresses.
