After four months of use I threw it away and the suction cup was damaged and the mechanism did not work and the arm had completely unscrewed and the phone was moving right left up down over every bump; for the money I expected something better in quality.
Μετά από τέσσερις μήνες χρήση το πέταξα και η βεντούζα καταστράφηκε και δεν δούλευε ο μηχανισμός και ο βραχίονας είχε ξεβιδωθεί τελείως και το κινητό έπαιζε δεξιά αριστερά πάνω κάτω σε όλες τις λακκούβες για τα λεφτά του περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο σε ποιότητα.
After a few months, unfortunately the mechanism broke and it doesn't suction at all. It's a shame because it was relatively a bit expensive at 35 euros

The product developed a problem within the first 5 days I used it (the vacuum was running continuously without stopping no matter what I did). I contacted Hyperloq, and they replied that they wanted a video showing what was happening. The battery ran out after continuous operation and since then the device does not charge, does not turn on, does not work. Again, I communicated with the company via email, where they again required a video (it must be an automated email), and after I sent the video of the device showing that it does not work at all, they disappeared. No response, they completely ignored me. The product is terrible and I will not choose this company again after such treatment
Το προϊόν παρουσίασε πρόβλημα μέσα στις 5 πρώτες μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα (το vacuum ήταν ενεργό συνεχόμενα χωρίς να σταματάει ότι και να κάνω) επικοινώνησα με τη hyperloq, μου απάντησαν ότι ήθελαν κάποιο βίντεο που να δείχνει τι συμβαίνει. Τελείωσε η μπαταρία μετά τη συνεχόμενη λειτουργία και από τότε η συσκευή δεν φορτίζει δεν ανοίγει δεν δουλεύει. Πάλι μέσω email μίλησα με την εταιρία όπου χρειαζόταν πάλι κάποιο βίντεο ( πρέπει να είναι αυτοματοποιημένο email) και μετά που έστειλα το βίντεο της συσκευής όπου φαίνεται ότι δεν λειτουργεί καθόλου εξαφανίστηκαν. Καμία απάντηση με γράψανε εντελώς. Το προϊόν άθλιο και την εταιρία δεν θα την ξανά προτιμήσω μετά από τέτοια αντιμετώπιση
