Product features:

  • Material: HSS-E (Co 5%), ground, heat-treated with special surface treatment 'Blade coated'.
  • Cutting angle: 135 degrees, helix angle: 20-30 degrees.
  • Diameter tolerance: h8.
  • Includes an additional sharpened surface support and tip reduction, according to DIN 1412 C, for easier cutting and reduced cutting force.
  • Suitable for drilling non-alloyed and low-alloy steels, heat-treated steels, and ideal for drilling in stainless steels (304L and 316L) with R950 N/mm.
  • For drilling in non-ferrous materials (aluminum, copper, and bronze fixtures), various synthetic materials (not in ferrous powder or carbide parts).
  • The special surface treatment 'Blade coated' facilitates heat dissipation and slurry sliding, offering higher cutting speeds and increased durability in demanding applications.
  • Recommended for use in machine drills, stationary and fixed equipment, and occasionally in handheld electric or pneumatic drilling machines.
