It is impossible for this nozzle to enter the eye unless half of it spills out of the eye. The previous design with the sharper nozzle was great, but if we are paying for something that spills out half of it, it is not worth it. Let the responsible parties take care of it.

Good product compared to some others, nothing amazing

Usually I use vidilac, so my comparison is with them. Initially, I preferred them for their price and their long expiration date (vidilac only last for 1 month and I usually throw them away before finishing the bottle).

Their effectiveness is not like vidilac. They don't provide immediate relief. You probably have to apply them 2-3 times a day regularly and then the discomfort subsides. For me, who wants them to be fire extinguishing, they are not that good, otherwise they do their job quite well.
