I didn’t like the fact that although it says on the outside of the package: "Attention Please read the instruction carefully before applying the film" there are no instructions anywhere on the package!!! The scan code that is provided takes you to a 40-page PDF which contains all the company’s products, but no instructions at all. I have put on countless screen protectors and glass protectors without any problem. For the first time I tried to apply a hydrogel film and later discovered that it has a different process and protective layers on the front and back, which resulted in it being ruined while I was trying to figure out what was going on. Of course it’s not the cost, but the wasted time. Next time I’ll know, but the product should have instructions or at least an image showing the arrangement of its layers.
