Description & Specifications

Zokura kitchen thermometer, made of stainless steel, with a dial diameter of 5.4 cm and probe length of 25 cm (probe diameter 3.8 mm), measuring temperatures in the range from 0°C to 300°C.

The dial scale displays temperatures in Celsius.

With the included clip, the thermometer can also be used in pots to measure the temperature of liquids (oil, sugar syrup).

For measuring the temperature of meat, the probe is inserted into the meat. The orange sliding indicator is designed to move along the dial frame to allow temperature reference marking.

For measuring the temperature of liquids, the clip attaches to the measuring probe and the thermometer is secured to the cooking vessel.
