Mid notes: Honey, guaiac wood, cinnamon, laurel, carnation, rose, orchid, and celery seeds
Base notes: Opoponax, oud, myrrh, patchouli, cedar, grey amber, immortelle, musk, and oakmoss.
It is an Oriental fragrance. I don't know if anything has changed in this fragrance, but when I smelled it in a sample 2 years ago, it was WOW!
I'll say one thing... Do you want to smell luxurious and like a king? Then, here you are... this is the fragrance! 5 stars.
It is definitely in my plans to buy it as soon as possible.

Statement maker fragrance with personality that you leave behind in your wake, oriental difficult to describe since it has a lot going on. Favorite unique balance of what I like in a fragrance (smoky amber woody) with things that I don't really like (fruits and flowers) in an excellent way. If it had a little more longevity, it would be a solid 5 stars. Update: It's difficult for me to put anything else on!!!

The rating does not concern the original version of the fragrance, nor the amazing sample that I tried. What you will probably receive is the new version, hence the rating. One of the top fragrances of the house and personally one of my favorites, among the top 5 in my collection. For the vintage jubilation xxv, the rating is 5/5. Quality-wise, after 15 minutes, the notes of opoponax unfold, along with other cool woody notes, pine, with a dark mood. It reminded me of something from pino silvestre and a little bit of terre EDT (not the parfum), but overall it is unique in terms of the balance of spicy, resinous, and warm ingredients. The projection (silage) is good, it doesn't bother and for men it is important not to be too loud. Perfect for the office and indoor spaces. Its longevity is good. In the first 5 hours, it is stronger and for another 3 to 4 hours it remains close to the skin, maintaining its quality and a discreet aroma. Balanced, cool, woody, resinous, spicy, dark. It suits men over 30 and all seasons. Due to its dark character, it is heavier on very hot days. However, when I bought the 100ml, I was disappointed. The newer batches differ greatly from the samples that are circulating or even the regular vintage fragrances. They lack the freshness and quality of the original version. Many mention the differences between the made in UK and made in Oman. In all of Europe, they come made in UK, which is not good, nor a rich fragrance, unfortunately. If you find it with the original composition, you are lucky. While the other one is not worth it. It starts with a strong alcoholic note, like the smell of whiskey. In the middle and base notes, the fragrance does not resemble the original, it lacks the spicy woody notes and the feeling of cedar and resin. It has a heavier, dark, animalistic smell that remains until the end. The longevity becomes a joke, the projection even more superficial, but the most important thing is that the scent is missing. It is a cheap fragrance that is definitely not worth the money.
