  • Waterproof & Airtight: Offers protection against moisture, water, air, and dust.
  • Permanent Elasticity: Maintains its elasticity without drying out or cracking over time.
  • Weather & UV Resistance: Resistant to ultraviolet radiation and extreme temperatures (typically from -30°C to +80°C).
  • Self-Sealing: Adapts to uneven surfaces and fills small gaps.
  • Easy Application: Does not require heat for installation.

Common Uses:
