Instructions for Use and Maintenance:

  • Before first use, heat the cookware at high temperature for 10-15 minutes until it stops emitting smoke, then let it cool down.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • Let the cookware cool and then coat it with sunflower oil both inside and outside.
  • The cookware is ready for use on all types of hobs and open flames.
  • After use and washing, wipe and dry the cookware thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stove.
  • Never leave the cookware wet.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a kitchen or steel sponge, then wash and dry again.
  • Coat the cookware with oil and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
  • The surface of cast iron is not flat and may have small bumps and irregularities, which are not considered defects.
  • The cookware is made from pure metal without any other coating.
  • You can use the cookware on all types of hobs (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open flames.
  • If the cookware has wooden or plastic parts, remove them before using it in the oven.
  • Caution! To move hot cookware, be sure to use gloves or handles that provide heat protection.
