  • Independently controlled cooking zones for efficiency during quiet periods.
  • Surface made of mild steel with “satin finish” or “hard chrome coated” thickness of 15 mm, mounted on a waterproof receptacle for more effective cooking.
  • Large drainage hole on the cooking surface for easy operation and cleaning.
  • Large grease collection tray with a capacity of 1.5 liters for continuous cooking.
  • Removable high-protection guards made of stainless steel on the back and sides of the cooking surface for convenient use.
  • Rapid heating with stainless steel burners.
  • Thermostatic temperature control between 100-300°C.
  • Piezzoelectric ignition.
  • Choice of cooking surface: smooth, semi-spiral, or fully spiral versions available.
