EPA04 – Butyl Insulating Tape

The butyl tape measuring 6 × 6 mm and 7 m in length is designed for professional sealing in automotive applications. The material is flexible, easy to shape and adjust – it can be cut or stretched to achieve the required diameter and shape.

The product is resistant to water, moisture, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures. It adheres perfectly to various surfaces such as metal, glass, plastic, and rubber, allowing wide usage – from sealing lamps and windows to soundproofing and vibration absorption in body parts.

The new packaging includes a custom foam disc that securely holds the roll and prevents deformation during transport.

The butyl sealant has broad applications in the automotive industry – it is used for soundproofing and vibration absorption in body components, sealing lamp covers, skylights, doors, and passages, as well as sealing windows in rubber profiles and body shells.
