Hydrate Isotonic H30 GoldNutrition® is an isotonic drink that provides maximum hydration and energy replenishment. It contains 30 g of carbohydrates and essential minerals, without artificial sweeteners.

Ideal for long-duration training, Hydrate Isotonic includes:

• A combination of different types of sugars (glucose, fructose, and maltodextrin), with a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1 for optimized absorption.
• A good concentration of minerals such as sodium and magnesium.
• Contains no artificial sweeteners.

Consumption is recommended during exercise, with small sips every 15-20 minutes. For training sessions up to 2 hours, 1 serving per hour is advised. For longer workouts, doses are adjusted according to duration.
