  • Suitable for all types of hobs: gas, electric, induction, vitroceramic.
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Made of carbon steel: coated with 2 layers of enamel.

Instructions for use and care:

  • Before first use, wash the product with water and liquid detergent.
  • Avoid using harsh substances or products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
  • Do not hit the product with metal utensils, as enamel is sensitive and micro-cracks may form.
  • Avoid thermal shocks: do not pour cold liquids into a hot product or hot liquids into a cold product.
  • Do not store liquids below 0°C in the freezer, as liquid expansion will damage the enamel.
  • Do not leave the empty enamel product on the hob, as overheating may damage the enamel.
  • Do not place the product on a burner smaller or larger than the diameter of the product.
  • For cleaning burnt food, add cold water to the product with a few spoons of salt and baking soda and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish detergent and a soft sponge.
  • Do not use the product if the enamel inside is damaged.
  • Avoid using products with plastic accessories in the oven.
