  • Suitable for all cooking surfaces (gas, electric, induction, ceramic).
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Made of carbon steel with 2 layers of ceramic enamel.

Instructions for use and maintenance:

  • Before first use, wash the product with water and liquid detergent.
  • Avoid using hard materials or products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
  • Do not hit the product with metal utensils, as the enamel is fragile.
  • Avoid thermal shocks.
  • Do not pour cold liquids into a hot product or hot liquids into a cold product.
  • Do not store liquids below 0°C in the freezer.
  • Do not leave the empty enamel product on a stovetop, as overheating will damage the enamel.
  • Always place the product on a burner that matches its diameter.
  • To clean burned food, pour cold water with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave for 1 - 1.5 hours.
  • Clean with water, regular dishwashing detergent, and a soft sponge.
