Description & Specifications

Mini oval cast iron casserole measuring 12x8.5cm with a bamboo base RAKI. The design of this casserole is suitable for the Cook&Serve concept, allowing the transition from the oven directly to the serving table. It is ideal for restaurants, hotels, and guesthouses.

Use and maintenance:

  • Can be used in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
  • Remove any wooden or plastic parts before placing the casserole in the oven.
  • Suitable for all types of stovetops (electric, gas, induction, ceramic, wood-fired ovens) and open flames.
  • Use in microwaves and dishwashers is prohibited.
  • Before first use, heat the casserole for about 10-15 minutes, oil it, and place it in the oven at high temperature for about 60 minutes.
  • After use and washing, wipe and dry the casserole completely. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored with a dish sponge or steel sanding, followed by rinsing and drying.
  • Oil the casserole and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
  • The surface of cast iron casseroles is not flat and has small irregularities, which are not considered defects.

Note: Use heat-resistant gloves or handles when handling hot casseroles.
