The fountain pen came in pristine condition no visible signs of damage to the pen or the package it came in the only thing that makes me give this pen 2 stars is how scratchy it is . I use Twsbi fountain pens on a regular basis and this never happened to me so I tried replacing it but the seller denied my request and told me to contact Twsbi customer support . So now I’m stuck with a misaligned nib , a seller that denied my replacement request and having to try and get hold of someone from the Twsbi customer support
