Mini cast iron casserole D13.5cm with bamboo base RAKI. The product is specially designed for the Cook&Serve concept, allowing its use directly from the oven to the serving table. Suitable for restaurants, hotels, and guesthouses.
Usage and maintenance:
- Can be used in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
- Remove any wooden or plastic parts before placing in the oven.
- Suitable for all stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open flame.
- Do not use the product in the microwave.
- Do not use the dishwasher.
Before first use, heat the product for about 10-15 minutes. Then, oil it and place it in the oven at high temperature for about 60 minutes. The more frequently you repeat this process, the longer the product will last.
After use and washing, dry the product thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stovetop. Do not leave the product wet. If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel wire brush, then rinse and dry. Oil the product and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
The surface of cast iron cookware is not flat and has small bumps and irregularities, which are not considered defects. The products are made from pure metal without any other coating.
Caution: Use gloves or heat-resistant handles when handling hot cookware.
