Dimensions: Diameter 30 cm without handles - 35.5 cm width with handles; lid height 10 cm - 16 cm with the lid.
Capacity: 6 L.
Compatibility: Suitable for all stoves, including induction.
Heat sources: Open flame, gas, electric stove, oven.
Recommended: Use gloves when handling the vessel.

Cleaning: After each use, wash with warm water and soap, dry thoroughly, and oil to prevent rust.

Usage: Before first use, remove the vegetable oil coating to prevent rust from the vessel. Wash the vessel with hot water and neutral dish soap, then dry well. Afterwards, lubricate the vessel with fat or bacon and heat thoroughly.
