Description & Specifications

RAKI Pot, enamel coated with lid, 7L, made of carbon steel, brown color. The product is enameled using the dipping method, which ensures a durable and high-quality coating compared to spraying. During the process, small spots on the surface of the product may appear, signs of drying seams. Before use, the enameled product needs to be hardened as follows: add water and salt to the pot in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Boil the mixture and remove the pot from heat. Let the liquid cool and then drain it.

Usage and maintenance instructions:

  • Avoid hitting the product with metal utensils, as the enameled surface is sensitive and small cracks may form.
  • Avoid thermal shocks, do not pour cold liquids into a hot product and vice versa.
  • Do not store liquids in the product in the freezer, as expansion of the liquids will damage the enamel.
  • Do not leave the empty enameled pot on the flame, as overheating will damage the enamel.
  • Always place the product on a stove suitable for its size.
  • To clean burnt food, add cold water along with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave for 1-1.5 hours. Then, wash with water and regular dish soap using a soft sponge.
  • Never use abrasive materials or products such as harsh scrubbers for cleaning.
  • If the enamel begins to fade, boil the product in water with a little dish soap and rinse well with hot water.
  • Do not use the product if the interior enamel is damaged.
  • The product can be placed in an oven at temperatures between 95-150°C. In this case, exposure to heat does not affect the protective coating.
