Directions for Use:

• Wash your feet thoroughly.
• Open Pack 1 (top part of the package) and carefully place the sock masks inside.
• Next, open Pack 2 (bottom part of the package) and place the plastic socks over the masks, securing them around the ankle.
• For better results, you can wear cotton, fuzzy, or woolen socks over the plastic ones.
• After 20-30 minutes, remove both layers of socks. If the mask has not been fully absorbed, gently massage the remaining mask into your skin until fully absorbed.
• It is preferable not to wash your feet after using the mask.
