The pressure cooker features a heat-resistant glass lid, allowing it to be used as a regular cooking pot. The handcrafted aluminum offers a uniform casting with fewer air bubbles and a longer hardening duration. The base is up to 9 mm thick, stores energy, and does not warp over time.
The sandblasted aluminum increases the bonding surface for the applied layers, ensuring greater durability. The first layer is made of titanium oxide, fired at 20,000°C, providing almost diamond-like hardness. The next layers include an anti-corrosive layer, an intermediate ceramic particle layer, and Lotan®.
Lotan® provides antibacterial action and makes cleaning easier, without PFOA. The ergonomic handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C and have been designed with the help of the German National Culinary Team. The pressure cooker is dishwasher safe and compatible with all cooktops except induction.
